Traffic Survival School — Frequently asked questions
What should I bring?▾
Your Arizona driver's license (or state ID), your citation or court paperwork, a pen, and a snack/lunch. Class is 8 hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) with a short break.
Is this class ADOT-approved?▾
Yes. We are an ADOT-authorized Traffic Survival School provider. Completion is reported directly to MVD, typically within 1–2 business days.
What if I'm late?▾
ADOT rules require you to be present for the entire class. Arriving late (even a few minutes) means you'll need to reschedule and re-pay — no exceptions.
Can I take the class online?▾
Not through us — this is the in-person classroom version at 610 W Broadway Ave #118, Tempe AZ 85281. Online TSS is a separate ADOT program.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?▾
TSS seats are non-refundable per ADOT policy once the class begins. Contact us at least 48 hours in advance and we'll do our best to move you to another date.
How do I know MVD received my completion?▾
Check your MVD record online 2–3 business days after class. If the completion isn't posted after a week, call us at (602) 649-5828 and we'll resend.
Do you accept court-ordered TSS?▾
Yes — bring your court paperwork so we can register you correctly. Some courts require the completion certificate to be filed with them; ask us and we'll email you a copy.
